Victoriana Inn Guest Policy

Cancellation policy: A full refund will be made prior to 30 days of the arrival date of your reservation; any cancellations made 29 or less days of your arrival, will forfeit the full amount unless room is rebooked for those dates. All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 administrative fee. All cancelations must be in writing, emails are accepted. It is the guests responsibility to verify the cancellation was received. No shows and non confirmed cancellations will be billed for the full stay.

Full house bookings require a minimum cancellation notice of 90 days.

In the event the room or rooms are not available due to an unforeseen problem or booking issue, the assumed liability is strictly limited to funds paid.

Check-in: Check in is between 3:00PM – 6:00PM (if arriving after 6:00PM, please call). Early check-in may be possible, call for approval. Additional fees may be assessed.

Check-out: Check out is 11:00AM. Additional fees of $15 per hour may apply for late check outs that do not have prior approval of the Innkeeper.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping is 8:00AM – 12:00PM. If your room is unavailable, it will not be tended to unless other arrangements have been made with the Innkeeper.

Rates: Rates are subject to applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. We require a 50% deposit when booking a reservation.

Two night minimum stay required on most weekends but check with us for one night availability.

Special rates will apply for selected holiday periods.

Rates are based on double occupancy – $40/night fee assessed for each additional person.

All guest must be registered with Innkeeper. A minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged to your account per non registered guest.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are only valid up to their expiration date.

Smoking/Burning: There is a NO INDOOR SMOKING policy but designated areas are available. No other items can be burned in rooms with the exception of designated fireplaces.

Pets: Some rooms are pet friendly. Please call us when you are making your reservation that you plan to bring your pet, so that we may approve/accommodate him/her. A small $45 fee per pet may be assessed. Limit- 2 pets max. 75lbs per pet. Non approved pets will not be welcome.

All pets must be registered with Innkeeper. A minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged to your account per non registered pet.

Pets must always be on a leash or crated when in common areas. Housekeeping will be provided if the pet is crated or removed from the room during service.

Pets are not permitted in the dining area or kitchen.

Per Town Ordinance, all pets must be picked up after and disposed of properly.

You are responsible for your pets. Victoriana Inn is not responsible for any incident or injuries to or from your pet.

Vehicles/Parking: You are responsible for your vehicle and parking. Victoriana Inn, Inc. is not responsible for damages to vehicles parked in our lots. House rules and Maryland State regulated hotel room laws are constituted by conditions of the room rental agreement.

Incidentals: Incidental charges (caused by you, your guests or pets) for damages can be charged to your account.
