As of August 1,2026 Victoriana Inn has permanently closed following owner’s retirement. Our home will remain permanently as a private residence no longer accepting guests.

Anyone who had reservations booked with us to arrive 8/1/26 or later will have already received a cancellation notice as well as a personally written letter sent to their email address on file in early June of this year.

Also for any unused, unexpired gift certificates, the credit card on file will have received a refund to the card on file of the purchaser as of 8/31/2026.

Welcome to the
Victoriana Inn.

Ted and Heidi (along with English Retriever ‘Sailor’ pictured here) bought the Inn after falling in love with historic St. Michaels and the magnificent grounds of The Victoriana Inn. After more than 30 years in the fast-paced corporate world, both Ted and Heidi stepped away from their roles as long-time luxury hotel executives and moved to quiet and charming St. Michaels to run The Victoriana Inn and to make it a warm and welcoming place for visitors from near and far.

Ted is an avid Sailor and exercise enthusiast, and Heidi enjoys SoulCycle, Cooking and taking good care of the people she loves! Getting to know our guests, connecting with them, and hearing their stories is what it’s all about.

This was the first time we stayed at a bed and breakfast. The place was charming and had so much character. It was a great experience. The location was great and was walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. They are so accommodating and I highly recommend staying here.

I could not recommend this inn more!! My sister and I visited earlier this week, and it was such an amazing experience. The building itself is beautiful. Beautifully decorated and pristinely clean. It feels like you are walking back in time as soon as you step through the front door. The next time I need a weekend getaway, I will definitely be staying here!

The Victoriana Inn was lovely! The location is second to none, it is right on the harbor. There are two large porches and enjoying morning coffee from the rocking chairs was so nice. We loved walking to all the restaurants. We will definitely be coming back here and if we could give it six stars on here we would.
